Has two lovely 3 month old boy degus, Little Oyster and GusGus. Sadly, she can no longer keep them.
They have some stuff that they can go with: pellets (along with other stuff. has have a bunch of good staple diet for degus, very low in sugar),
hay, screw on food bowl, dust bath and bowl, safe wheel, hammocks, water bottle.
Cage (nice size 24x14x36 in) two half levels, one full level, 3 ramps, a plastic drop-in bottom, and two doors. Its powder coated, but could use a new coating.
Both have never bite and are fine being handled. But they are Super Hyper little boys right now though.
They do the funniest things, have great little personality, and are great to watch. They are fine around cats and dogs too. Small adoption fee to
make sure they go to a good forever home. Pick-up preferred.
Lives in Queens and travel the length of the Long Island Expressway to the tip so could meet at an exit or ferry in Greenport too.

Has 4 degus, 2 males (brothers) and 2 females (sisters) up for adoption. They are 1.5 years old. Very friendly and playful, Comes with a Huge two story cage one floor for each set. Dust bath, 4 running wheels, food enough for about 4-6 months, hay, bedding, you name it, they probably come with it. Even two smaller cages for when you need to clean the “condo”. Has raised them since they were 4 months old. Moving out of the country and can’t take them. The Degus are free but the rest of the stuff is selling at a discounted price.

Has a pair of male degus that they purchased in August of 2006 when they
were tiny. They have since moved them into a very big expensive cage (48" high
by 18 " deep by 24" wide) and they have lots of toys and some wheels.
Their daughter who is ten has lost interest in them and they feel very badly for them
and would like a nice home for them.
They have almost $200 dollars invested in the cage, degus, and accessories and would be willing to let them go for
less than half of that to a very good home who has time and love for them.
They do get handled a few times a week and with proper attention could be
great little companions for the right owner.

Has a male degu rescued from the pound: the original owner surrendered him because she wasn't able to give him enough attention, and she has the same problem. He's lonely and needs another degu and people with the time to play with him. While he does not appreciate her handling him, he has never bitten her and she believe he will tame nicely with enough attention. He likes cats: theirs drool over him... Not a good setup. He comes with cage and food and bedding.

Has many babies in her house. One of her girls had 9 and two weeks later the other had 8. They were born February 12th, and February 26th. In the older litter she has 5 boys and 3 girls available for sale. She is keeping one of the baby girls. She has not had a chance to sex the other litter yet.
The older litter is now 5 weeks old, so they will be ready for new homes no earlier than the 9th of April, and the younger litter no sooner than the 23rd of April (that will make both litters 8 weeks old before they leave home, most pet stores won't take them until they are 12 weeks of age).
She would like to sell them to make sure they are going to good homes ($5.00 a piece). She would prefer to sell them in pairs or trio's unless there is already a degu in the house for company. Since they are siblings (both litters have the same father) they are not breedable with each other.

Has two male and two female degus. The entire set up with the degus must go due to the fact they just moved and their house is not able to give them the right home. The degus are well mannered and only one male bit their son once when he was in a stressed situation anyway. The babies are all handled daily. They are five weeks and ready to be weaned. Has 2 female degus, estimated to be a little over a year old that need a home that will spend time with them. Both have short tails, one got "degloved" when she escaped and injured when she was caught. The other chewed her tail down after the first was injured. They are named Merlin and Donner.
Because they haven't been paid much attention to, they have started biting. Prefers they to go to an experienced degu person who will know how to curb this bad habit and appreciate them for the unique and comical critters that they are. Has Two very cute Degus available for adoption. Oscar is a healthy, unusually sweet three-year-old male, survivor of a colony that was adopted out and died of old age. Docile Oscar likes treats, is amenable to being picked up, likes cuddling with his rabbit friend and his son, doesn't nibble or dig. Throughout his life, Oscar has had a fascinating case of cataracts that comes and goes. His son, Sonny, also is available for adoption. Sonny is 2, very hyper, chews, digs and jumps. Doesn't like to be picked up but will tolerate it. Eats treats from your hand. Has a bad cataract on left side, always consistent. Photos available. Also has three male guinea pigs for adoption.

Has 2 very healthy and sociable degu boys. They are about 4 months old and love to play together, one likes to cuddle, and the other is a riot to watch. They are in need good home. They are free but MUST go together. Can drive or arrange to meet just about anywhere in Michigan (Lower Peninsula). Their cage can accompany them as well...but I would appreciate some money for it and their toys (solid metal wheel, water bottle, food dishes, bath house, and more)....Bought it all for about 150 dollars, but will give it all for 50 dollars or best offer. Has a female degu about 1,1/2 years old its sister died and he is no longer to look after it. He would really like to see it go to a good home with other degus or good owners. The degu is very friendly and well handled.
2 Female Degus One degu was a rescue and lost her tail in a pet shop. They are guessing she is about 3 years old. She is curious and will come right up to your hand in the cage. She has been known to bite if she feels uncomfortable outside of the cage. The other female is about 1 year old. They purchased her as a companion for the other girl. She is more nervous of hands in the cage. They would like to keep the two together since they are bonded. They will not come with a cage.
Has two young degus needing a loving home, They are brother and sister, 8 weeks old (born just before Xmas). Both are very friendly, healthy and active. One has a few toes *missing*? from one rear foot, the other has toes *missing*? form both back feet. Regardless of that, they're extremely healthy and active, and love to run, climb, jump and play just like the previous "perfect" litters from the same parents.
